Todd Heinzl

Todd leads Wesvel’s global markets relationships and its capital markets work, drawing on more than 35 years in the investment, merchant banking and financial services industry.

In recent years he has advised companies across sectors on listing on senior stock exchanges globally, notably the Nasdaq Capital Market, integrating governance as the foundational and mandatory component of an orderly, precise and compliant path to market. That governance and listings experience underpins the firm’s consulting practice and its work with portfolio companies preparing for institutional capital.

He holds an Executive Management Diploma from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In 2022 he was admitted to the Order of Merit of Savoy in recognition of his philanthropic work.
