Corporate consulting
Corporate engagements, not investor advice.
Corporate and institutional engagements covering capital structure, transactions, the design and launch of digital assets, deposit tokens and stablecoins, and AI systems the firm owns. Engagements are contracted with corporate and institutional entities only. Delivered by the partners who run Wesvel’s own trading, lending, venture and infrastructure businesses.
Wesvel does not provide investment advice, financial planning, or wealth management to individuals or retail investors, and does not accept retail clients.
Services
Engagement scope.
Each service line is described on its own page: what the work involves, how an engagement runs, and what can go wrong. Most engagements combine two or three.
Engagement
How an engagement works.
- 01
Scope
A written brief: the outcome the counterparty needs, what Wesvel will deliver, the timetable and the fee arrangement. Fees are agreed in the engagement letter and are not published.
- 02
Team
Partners who run the relevant business at Wesvel lead the work. A capital raise is led by people who raise and deploy capital; a token design by people who hold and trade tokens.
- 03
Deliver
Analysis, materials, introductions and process management, with progress reported against the brief and trade-offs made explicit.
- 04
Disclose
Where a Wesvel fund, facility or relationship could take part in the outcome, the interest is disclosed at the outset and priced on arm’s-length terms.
Counterparties
Who engagements are with.
Founders and boards of companies in and around digital assets, fintech and financial services. Banks, payment companies and corporates moving deposits, payments or treasury on-chain. Protocols and networks designing or relaunching a token.
Engagements are contracted with corporate and institutional entities. Wesvel does not advise individuals on their own investments and does not take on retail clients.
